Windows Cannot Find file.doc. Make Sure You Typed the Name Correctly
This maybe an issue with a system file being corrupt.
Y'all tin endeavor a couple things.
Right click your start button and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring upward elevated Command prompt.
In Command prompt type sfc /scannow and printing enter.
Restart the computer.
If that doesn't work and then attempt this,
Right click your kickoff push and select Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
In the Administrator: Control Prompt window, type the following commands.
Press Enter key after each control:
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Important: When y'all run this control, DISM uses Windows Update to provide the files that are required to fix corruptions.
To shut the Ambassador: Command prompt window, type Exit, and and so press Enter.
Restart your computer.

I correct clicked oon the commencement push and there was no option for the command centre
I tried simply searching for cmd and it came up. However when I tried to run it as a administrator I got the mistakeI am also now unableto connect to the internet.
When i ran a diagnostic exam it said that The diagnostics Policy Service is not runnig only when I click on effort these repairs equally an administrator cypher happens

When y'all right click use the Powershell (admin) one.

When I clicked powershell (admin) I got the bulletin "This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action. Please installa program or, if 1 is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs command panel."

Seems like there is bug with the prototype.
I would recommend what Andre is suggesting by doing a repair upgrade.
